Organizer of the Promotion
The organizer of this promotion is Clark Switzerland AG, Frikartstrasse 5, 4800 Zofingen (hereinafter referred to as “Clark”). Clark can be contacted at info@ch.clark.io.

Participation
Participants automatically take part in this promotional campaign when they complete a non-binding contact form with Clark, place an order with Clark, the order is accepted by Clark, and the participant meets the eligibility requirements. If the participant cancels the order prematurely before Clark has completed the tax return, Clark reserves the right to invoice the promotional price of CHF 79.20. In cases of suspected misuse, Clark reserves the right to exclude participants from the promotion.

Promotion Period
The promotional campaign is valid from 18 February 2026 to 17 April 2026.

Promotion Subject
Participation entitles the participant to a one-time 20% discount on the following prices for the preparation of a tax return:

First tax return with CLARK

  • Single* CHF 99.- (regular price)
  • Married* CHF 119.- (regular price)

*The price includes 10 bank accounts & securities positions. Each additional position + CHF 5.- (regular price)

Per property in Switzerland or abroad + CHF 49.- (regular price)

The offer is valid for private individuals only and cannot be combined with other promotions.

Combination of Promotions
This promotion cannot be combined with any other new customer promotion.

Acceptance of Terms
By participating in the promotion, the participant expressly agrees to these participation terms.

Eligibility
Eligible participants are private individuals as new customers who are at least 18 years old at the time of participation, participate from a location in Switzerland, and have their permanent residence or habitual residence in Switzerland. A new customer is defined as a natural person who:

a) places an order for the preparation of a tax return with Clark Switzerland AG for the first time;
b) has not, within the 36 months preceding participation, either personally or through related persons (in particular spouses, registered partners, persons in the same household), placed an order with or used any service of Clark Switzerland AG;
c) is not and has not previously been registered with Clark Switzerland AG under another identity (different name, email address, or contact details).

Clark reserves the right to verify new customer status and, in the event of justified suspicion of misuse, to refuse participation or charge the regular price. Participation is valid only if correct participation data is provided, all documents required for the tax return are submitted, and the order is placed and accepted by Clark. In this case, the participant accepts Clark’s General Terms and Conditions (GTC), available here. Existing customers, employees, representatives, legal successors, and agents of the organizer are excluded from participation.

Customer Relationship After Participation
This promotion is exclusively intended for new customers who engage Clark to prepare their tax return and whose order is accepted by Clark. Participation establishes a one-time contractual relationship for the preparation of a tax return. After completion and payment of the service, the contractual relationship ends automatically.

Customers remain free to commission Clark for future tax returns; in such cases, the then-current prices and conditions shall apply.

Termination of the Promotion
Clark reserves the right to terminate the promotion prematurely, in particular in cases of force majeure or if proper execution cannot be guaranteed for technical and/or legal reasons.

Processing of Personal Data
Personal data of participants will be processed in the context of participation. All personal data provided will be treated confidentially. Further information on the handling of personal data can be found in Clark’s privacy policy: https://ch.clark.io/datenschutz/

Legal Recourse
Legal recourse is excluded. Swiss law applies, excluding all international conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zurich.

Final Provisions
Should any provision of these participation terms be wholly or partially invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a legally permissible provision that comes closest in meaning to the invalid provision. The same applies in the event of regulatory gaps.
